Please download MiniToolBox, save it to your desktop and run it. Short of replacing the wireless card, is anything else that is worth a try to do?Įdited by seskanda, 04 November 2019 - 03:08 PM. I think the problem is Windows or the wireless card itself. I'm using Intel 3168 wireless card with bluetooth on it.

I've updated the wireless card drivers but that did nothing too. The fact that Ethernet works fine but Wi-Fi does not seems to rule out any malware infection and Windows Defender has not found anything of note either. And guess what? The website pulls up fast like it should. Finally, I had the good sense to turn off Wi-Fi and use Ethernet. I tried many different browsers, in safe mode with networking, and clean boot too but none of that helps at all. Usually I just see a grey screen and have to hit enter a few times for anything to show up. It takes 10 minute to 20 minutes just like on Dial-up speed. I have an HP 15-bs033cl touchscreen laptop with Windows 10 home v1703 (build 15063.250), and a single website, here's the link, is very slow to load on Wi-Fi.
